Teilhard’s China Years is the latest Teilhard Study from the American Teilhard Association. Kathleen Duffy SSJ contributes a valuable essay on the 20 years Teilhard spent exiled in China. He had been ordered there by his superiors, who were unhappy with his views on Adam and Eve and Original Sin, even though he had agreed to sign the notorious Six Propositions, which affirmed the Church’s traditional teaching on those subjects.
